Samsung Galaxy Note fans should not worry anymore. The company’s giant phones, equipped with the S-Pen are back in the form of the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Continuation of the Note we never got last year, with a sharper design. It inherits the most distinctive qualities of the Galaxy Note, such as the S Pen stylus that you can store inside the phone. Plus, it has the same features that the Note and Ultra shared in the past, like a giant screen and a more sophisticated camera.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra is without a doubt one of the best Android phones on the market at the moment. As you can imagine, many people want to buy Samsung’s latest flagship smartphone.

Galaxy Note is back

The most attractive new phone that Samsung announced was the Galaxy S22 Ultra, but let’s be honest here: it is a Galaxy Note. And if you were already a fan of Note, your decision became much easier. This is the phone for you.
For everyone else, the S22 Ultra only makes sense if there is room in your life for a giant, super sleek 6.8-inch screen and a Samsung S Pen.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra is absolutely big by the standards of smartphones: it is slightly taller and one thicker than Apple’s already large iPhone 13 Pro Max. For some people, this size is the whole issue, but if you are not in love with the idea of scribble on your smartphone, the smaller S22, with its 6.1-inch screen, is much more comfortable to hang.
All phones have an IP68 water resistance rating, which means they resist at a depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.

Description

🔶The S Pen is convenient and very accurate

🔶️The versatile camera captures great photos

🔶️The latest processor for power

🔶️Long software support

🔶️Beautiful high-speed refresh screen

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a clone of the Note series, and that’s a good thing!

The Galaxy S22 Ultra looks like the Galaxy Note.
Galaxy S22 Ultra has the same sharp and angular edges that Note fans are familiar with, which gives the phone more of a note-like feel.
In this respect, it is an improvement compared to last year Galaxy S21 Ultra, which in a way felt like a bigger and heavier Galaxy S21. I’m glad Samsung found a way to make its best phone stand out a little more.
But of course it feels quite bright even with the lighting set at around 25% or less.

Display

The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum resolution of 3088 x 1440 pixels. It supports HDR10 + and is covered with Gorilla Glass Victus +, plus it has a maximum brightness of 1750 nits. For reference, most phones move around 1000 nits of brightness level. This is enabled by a feature that Samsung calls the Vision Booster and was created to improve outdoor viewing, especially in sunlight.

The cameras are fantastic

Samsung likes to make a big fuss about cameras, and that’s true.
The S22 Ultra, meanwhile, offers the most flexibility in a smartphone camera system since last year’s model. The main camera uses a 108 megapixel sensor (which also produces 12 megapixel photos), a pair of telephoto cameras that let you zoom in up to 100x. Yes, the result is so amazing.
It has large pixel sensors, Super HDR, “Super Clear Glass” and an intelligent “Auto Framerate” light detection with the reduction of the next level of purity at night.

S Pen with many innovations

What really makes the Galaxy S22 Ultra feel like a replacement for the Galaxy Note is the inclusion of the S Pen. Samsung says it has upgraded the S Pen by reducing its latency, which means it should be better at predicting where you will scribble afterwards. It’s been a while since I’ve used an older S Pen model, but the Galaxy S22 Ultra feels very responsive.
That said, the S Pen is still useful for taking quick thoughts as the phone can serve as a notepad even when the screen is off.
This is not new – the Galaxy Note also supported this feature – but it is still appreciated. In the course of writing this review. I have used the S Pen to write down quick impressions and thoughts when I am away from the computer, which has been helpful.
You can also record screenshots and documents with the S pen, which can be useful for those who need to review documents on their phone. It’s embedded inside, so you shouldn’t miss it (so easy), it works just as well as any accessory you’ll ever find, and it’s just something interesting to know is there.
